LA Swift introduces Park & Ride, which allows LA Swift riders to park their car at designated Park & Ride lots and board LA Swift. Please visit take a few minutes to fill out a Park & Ride Survey to let us know where we should put designated Park & Ride lots to make the commute between New Orleans and Baton Rouge even easier.

The Department of Transportation along with Hotard Coaches, Inc. is pleased to announce
the implementation of the GEN FARE Ticket System.

The GEN FARE ticket will be the only accepted method of payment and can be purchased in advance with a discount offered for weekly or bi-weekly tickets. LA Swift tickets will no longer be valid.

GEN FARE BOX will accept $10 or $20 bills but will give change ONLY in the form of a ride ticket good for the balance due.

Example - $20 will give 3 one-way ride tickets as change.
